Blaydon Aces

After seeing a couple of flocks of Waxwing flying over Big Waters ,but not hanging round and searching Prestwick carr for some, I went down to Blaydon today. After a tip off from Howden John I checked the area near the Black Bull, between the road and the railway, a group of about 30 was my reward.

More good news yesterday 2 live Roebuck at Big waters, lets hope they avoid the fate of the voodoo victim.

  1. You only managed 30 !! PAH. Small potatoes.
They looked as accomodating today as they were yesterday.

  2. Canny shots Alan, only half a dozen a bit later. I saw your Voodoo post but wasn't sure if it was a wind up but Alan assured me it wasn't. Now we just need to catch one of the culprits and see if they like a taste of their own medicine.

Also liked the Little Owl, check my Blog Header, same place, same tree, same position, possibly the same bird. Took it early spring I think
